NRS 707.920 - Civil liability for violation of NRS 707.910.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 707.920 (2021)
Any person found to be in violation of the provisions of NRS 707.910 is, in addition to the penalties therein prescribed, liable to the person damaged in a civil suit for all damages occasioned thereby.
