Chapter 707 - Telecommunications
NRS 707.560 - Land use authority" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 707.560 (2021)
"Land use authority" means an agency, bureau, board, commission, department, division, officer or employee of the State or of a local government authorized by law to take action on an application to construct a facility for personal wire service.
