NRS 706.546 - Charge for credit allowed against subsequent fees.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.546 (2021)
Where credit is allowed against any subsequent fee for a permit paid pursuant to the provisions of NRS 706.521, there is a nonrefundable charge of $5.
