Chapter 706 - Motor Carriers
NRS 706.44793 - Operator required to accept certain forms of payment.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.44793 (2021)
An operator of a tow car shall accept cash, money orders, credit cards, debit cards and any electronic transfer of money as payment for towing services. As used in this section, "electronic transfer of money" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 463.01473.
