Chapter 706 - Motor Carriers
NRS 706.285 - Advertising must include number of certificate or permit.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.285 (2021)
All advertising by:
1. A fully regulated carrier of intrastate commerce; and
2. An operator of a tow car,
must include the number of the certificate of public convenience and necessity or contract carrier’s permit issued to the carrier or operator by the Authority.
