Chapter 706 - Motor Carriers
NRS 706.136 - "Trailer" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.136 (2021)
"Trailer" means every vehicle designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle.
