Chapter 706 - Motor Carriers
NRS 706.096 - "Motor vehicle" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.096 (2021)
"Motor vehicle" means every vehicle which is self-propelled, but not operated on rails, used upon a highway for the purpose of transporting persons or property.
