Chapter 706 - Motor Carriers
NRS 706.048 - "Compliance enforcement officer" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.048 (2021)
"Compliance enforcement officer" means a person employed pursuant to NRS 706.176 whose duties include enforcing certain state statutes and regulations pertaining to motor carriers.
