An authorized casualty insurer may issue through its licensed agents an automobile insurance policy in which coverage for liability resulting from bodily injury and property damage occurring in Mexico is provided by an insurer authorized to transact and transacting such insurance in Mexico under the laws of Mexico, in a portion of such policy or endorsement thereon or rider attached thereto executed by or on behalf of such other insurer, and whether or not such other insurer is authorized to transact insurance in this State.
