Chapter 685A - Nonadmitted Insurance
NRS 685A.150 - Broker may accept business from licensed producer of insurance; compensation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 685A.150 (2021)
A licensed surplus lines broker may accept surplus lines business from any producer of insurance licensed in this state for the kind of insurance involved and may compensate the producer of insurance therefor.
