Chapter 685A - Nonadmitted Insurance
NRS 685A.039 - "Surplus lines insurance" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 685A.039 (2021)
"Surplus lines insurance" means insurance procured by an insured through a broker with a nonadmitted insurer eligible to accept such insurance.
