Chapter 685A - Nonadmitted Insurance
NRS 685A.035 - "Independently procured insurance" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 685A.035 (2021)
"Independently procured insurance" means insurance procured directly by an insured from a nonadmitted insurer.
