A producer of limited lines travel insurance and each travel retailer, or employee or authorized representative of a travel retailer, who offers or disseminates travel insurance under the license of a producer of limited lines travel insurance shall be subject to the provisions of NRS 683A.451 to 683A.520, inclusive, and chapter 686A of NRS.
