Chapter 683A - Persons Involved in Sale or Administration of Insurance
NRS 683A.1875 - Employee or authorized representative may act for licensee. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 683A.1875 (2021)
A licensee may authorize an employee or other authorized representative of the licensee to act individually on behalf of or under the supervision of the licensee who offers or disseminates information with respect to personal property storage insurance specified in NRS 683A.1855 to 683A.189, inclusive.
