Chapter 683A - Persons Involved in Sale or Administration of Insurance
NRS 683A.1837 - "Supervising entity" defined. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 683A.1837 (2021)
"Supervising entity" means a business or entity that is an authorized insurer or producer of property and casualty insurance.
