Chapter 682A - Investments
NRS 682A.340 - Required documentation of acquisition.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 682A.340 (2021)
An insurer shall maintain documentation demonstrating that investments were acquired in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, and specifying the section of this chapter pursuant to which they were acquired.
