NRS 681B.0023 - "Accident and health insurance" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 681B.0023 (2021)
"Accident and health insurance" means a contract that incorporates morbidity risk and provides protection against economic loss resulting from accident, sickness or medical conditions, and as may further be specified in the Valuation Manual.
