Chapter 678A - Administration of Laws Relating to Cannabis
NRS 678A.100 - Cannabis establishment agent" defined. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 678A.100 (2021)
"Cannabis establishment agent" means an owner, officer, board member, employee or volunteer of a cannabis establishment, an independent contractor who provides labor relating to the cultivation or processing of cannabis or the production of usable cannabis or cannabis products for a cannabis establishment or an employee of such an independent contractor.
