Chapter 677 - Thrift Companies
NRS 677.250 - Establishment and maintenance.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 677.250 (2021)
When authorized by the Commissioner as provided in this chapter, a licensee, pursuant to a resolution of its board of directors, may establish and maintain one or more branch offices within or outside the State.
