Chapter 648 - Private Investigators, Private Patrol Officers, Polygraphic Examiners, Process Servers, Repossessors, Dog Handlers and Registered Employees
NRS 648.015 - "Repossessor" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 648.015 (2021)
"Repossessor" means a person who engages in business or accepts employment to locate or recover personal property which has been sold under a conditional sales agreement or which is subject to any other security interest.
