Chapter 641B - Social Workers
NRS 641B.510 - Use of title of licensee or otherwise implying licensure.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641B.510 (2021)
It is unlawful for any person, other than a person licensed pursuant to this chapter, to use the title of a licensee in connection with his or her work, or in any other way imply that the person is licensed by the Board, unless he or she is so licensed.
