NRS 641B.020 - Legislative declaration.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641B.020 (2021)
The practice of social work is hereby declared a learned profession, affecting public safety and welfare and charged with the public interest, and is therefore subject to protection and regulation by the State.
