Chapter 640A - Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants
NRS 640A.040 - "Occupational therapist" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 640A.040 (2021)
"Occupational therapist" means a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter to practice occupational therapy.
