Chapter 638 - Veterinary Medicine; Euthanasia Technicians
NRS 638.0015 - "Agency" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 638.0015 (2021)
"Agency" means:
1. A law enforcement agency;
2. An animal control agency; or
3. A society for the prevention of cruelty to animals which is in compliance with the provisions of chapter 574 of NRS.
