Chapter 637B - Audiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Aid Specialists
NRS 637B.291 - Practice or offering to practice without license: Reporting requirements of Board.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 637B.291 (2021)
Unless the Board determines that extenuating circumstances exist, the Board shall forward to the appropriate law enforcement agency any substantiated information submitted to the Board concerning a person who engages in the practice of or offers to engage in the practice of audiology, speech-language pathology or fitting and dispensing hearing aids without the appropriate license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
