Chapter 635 - Podiatric Physicians and Podiatry Hygienists
NRS 635.180 - Penalty for unauthorized practice.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 635.180 (2021)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 635.167, every person who practices podiatry or as a podiatry hygienist without having complied with the provisions of this chapter must be fined not more than $10,000 for each offense.
