Chapter 628 - Accountants
NRS 628.085 - Removal of member.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 628.085 (2021)
The Governor shall remove from the Board any member whose permit to practice has become void or has been revoked or suspended, and may, after a hearing, remove any member for neglect of duty or other just cause.
