Chapter 628 - Accountants
NRS 628.017 - "Home office" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 628.017 (2021)
"Home office" means the location specified by a client of an accountant as the address of an entity for which the accountant practices public accounting, performs an attestation or compilation or performs other professional services within the practice of public accounting.
