Chapter 612 - Unemployment Compensation
NRS 612.611 - "Bond obligation" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 612.611 (2021)
"Bond obligation" means the principal of a bond and any premium and interest payable on a bond, together with any amount owed under a related credit agreement or under any instrument or agreement related to the bond.
