Chapter 598 - Deceptive Trade Practices
NRS 598.9706 - "Electronic tracking technology" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598.9706 (2021)
"Electronic tracking technology" means technology that enables the use of a global positioning satellite or similar technology to obtain or record the location of a motor vehicle.
