NRS 582.031 - Evidence of qualifications.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 582.031 (2021)
An applicant for a license as a public weighmaster must furnish evidence on a form provided by the State Sealer of Consumer Equitability that the applicant has the qualifications required by NRS 582.028.
