Chapter 557 - Hemp
NRS 557.110 - "Agricultural hemp seed" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 557.110 (2021)
"Agricultural hemp seed" means the seed of any plant of the genus Cannabis that:
1. Is sold to or intended to be sold to a grower for planting; or
2. Remains in an unprocessed or partially processed condition that is capable of germination.
