Chapter 555 - Control of Insects, Pests and Noxious Weeds
NRS 555.2688 - "Unlicensed employee" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 555.2688 (2021)
"Unlicensed employee" means an employee of a city, county, state or other governmental agency who:
1. Is not so employed for more than 1,039 hours in any 12-month period; and
2. Has complied with any requirements for training specified in regulations adopted by the Department.
