Chapter 484C - Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Prohibited Substance
NRS 484C.390 - "Timely sanction" defined.

"Timely sanction" means a sanction that is able to be applied as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days, after the results of testing indicate the presence of alcohol or a prohibited substance in a program participant’s system.
