Chapter 484C - Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Prohibited Substance
NRS 484C.380 - "Immediate sanction" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 484C.380 (2021)
"Immediate sanction" means a sanction that is able to be applied within minutes after the results of testing indicate the presence of alcohol or a prohibited substance in a program participant’s system.
