NRS 453A.369 - Interlocal agreements. [Effective through June 30, 2020.]

The Department may enter into an interlocal agreement pursuant to NRS 277.080 to 277.180, inclusive, to carry out the provisions of NRS 453A.320 to 453A.370, inclusive.
