NRS 428.165 - "Injury in a motor vehicle crash" defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 428.165 (2021)

"Injury in a motor vehicle crash" means any personal injury caused in, by or as the proximate result of the movement of a motor vehicle on a public street or highway, whether the injured person was the operator of the vehicle or another vehicle, a passenger in the vehicle or another vehicle, a pedestrian, or had some other relationship to the movement of a vehicle.
