Chapter 422 - Health Care Financing and Policy
NRS 422.3765 - "Facility for skilled nursing" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 422.3765 (2021)
"Facility for skilled nursing" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449.0039, but does not include a facility for skilled nursing that is owned or operated by the State of Nevada or any political subdivision of the State of Nevada.
