Chapter 422 - Health Care Financing and Policy
NRS 422.27176 - State Plan for Medicaid: Inclusion of requirement for payment of certain costs for mammogram.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 422.27176 (2021)
The Director shall include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that the State pay the nonfederal share of expenditures incurred for a mammogram.
