Chapter 414A - Nevada Intrastate Mutual Aid System
NRS 414A.035 - "Emergency responder" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 414A.035 (2021)
"Emergency responder" means an employee or volunteer of a participant who has received such public safety training and licensing or certification as deemed appropriate by the participant for which he or she is employed or volunteers.
