Chapter 392 - Pupils
NRS 392.46427 - "School transportation" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 392.46427 (2021)
"School transportation" means a vehicle used by a school district or public school for the transportation of pupils to or from school or any activity that is part of a program of a public school, including, without limitation, a school bus, van or automobile.
