Chapter 377A - Taxes for Miscellaneous Special Purposes
NRS 377A.120 - Department’s authority to act for counties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 377A.120 (2021)
In any proceeding under any ordinance enacted pursuant to this chapter, the Department may act for and on behalf of the county which has enacted that ordinance.
