NRS 372A.220 - "Excise tax on marijuana" defined. [Effective through June 30, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 372A.220 (2021)
"Excise tax on marijuana" means any of the excise taxes imposed by NRS 372A.290.
