Chapter 366 - Tax on Special Fuel
NRS 366.0255 - Dyed special fuel" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 366.0255 (2021)
"Dyed special fuel" means special fuel which, in accordance with subsection 1 of NRS 366.203, must be dyed before it is removed for distribution from the rack.
