Chapter 333 - Purchasing: State
NRS 333.186 - Program to certify vendors that pay employees equal pay for equal work without regard to gender: Penalties for fraudulent acts in self-certifying; review of decision. [Effective through June 30, 2021.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 333.186 (2021)

1. If the Purchasing Division determines that a vendor has made a material misrepresentation or otherwise committed a fraudulent act in self-certifying pursuant to the regulations adopted by the Administrator pursuant to NRS 333.182 that the vendor pays its employees equal pay for equal work without regard to gender, the vendor may be prohibited, for not more than 3 years, from:

(a) Self-certifying that the vendor pays its employees equal pay for equal work without regard to gender; and

(b) Submitting a bid or proposal to the Purchasing Division.

2. If the Purchasing Division determines, as described in subsection 1, that a vendor has made a material misrepresentation or otherwise committed a fraudulent act in self-certifying that the vendor pays its employees equal pay for equal work without regard to gender, the vendor may apply to the Administrator to review the decision pursuant to chapter 233B of NRS.
