Chapter 322 - Use of State Lands
NRS 322.150 - Exemption from fees for assignment of state lands to state agency.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 322.150 (2021)
The State Land Registrar shall not charge any fee pursuant to NRS 322.100 to 322.130, inclusive, for the assignment of any land or interest in land, pursuant to NRS 321.003, to a state agency for use and administration.
