Chapter 322 - Use of State Lands
NRS 322.020 - Sizes of leased areas; conformity to governmental subdivisions.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 322.020 (2021)
Such leases shall be in blocks of not less than 40 acres nor more than 1,280 acres each, and shall conform to governmental subdivisions.
