Chapter 322 - Use of State Lands
NRS 322.0062 - "Single residential use" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 322.0062 (2021)
"Single residential use" means the use of a facility, structure or other object, except a commercial use, exclusively by the owner of a littoral or riparian residential parcel and his or her family and guests.
