Chapter 322 - Use of State Lands
NRS 322.0052 - "Littoral or riparian residential parcel" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 322.0052 (2021)
"Littoral or riparian residential parcel" means a parcel of land which:
1. Adjoins the bed of a navigable body of water; and
2. Is restricted to single-family residential use.
