Chapter 322 - Use of State Lands
NRS 322.0037 - "Boat house" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 322.0037 (2021)
"Boat house" means a covered or enclosed structure, in or on a navigable body of water, designed specifically to store, enclose, shelter or protect a vessel away from the elements.
